Is the US Navy & DARPA hiding a “Super Drone” from Pentagon Intelligence Officials, Their own Fighter Pilots?
In 2004 the Nimitz was conducting a training exercise off the cost of Southern California. The “Black Aces” a fighter pilot squadron lead by Commander David Fravor was dispatched to go investigate strange anomalies.
The fighter pilots were shocked by what they discovered next. Bellow them was a Tic Tack shaped vehicle exhibiting maneuverability and speeds that were unknown to the top gun pilots who were flying the Navy’s latest F/A-18E/F Super Hornets. Also observed was a large disturbance under the water unseen to the pilots.
Favor started to circle the Tic Tac shaped craft when it suddenly with impossible acceleration shot up past him at an incredible rate of speed, it then started to mirror his maneuvers. The piolets were shocked at what they had seen, it then started to jam their radar systems.
The fighter pilots started to return to their rendezvous point at a pre determined location known as the “CAP point” several hundred miles away. On their way their the radar operators contacted the fighter pilots in disbelief. The Tic Tac object, somehow was at the CAP point.
The Pilots safely returned to the Nimitz struggling to describe what they had seen to their shipmates. Another pilot took off and was able to catch the same anomaly, this time he got it on film which was leaked to the public in 2017.
UFO buffs had went nuts when the video appeared in the front page of the New York Times. This surly was the proof of the existence of UFO’s even the Pentagon now admitted that this video was real, and they did not know what it was, where it came from or how it works! Hooray! Finally disclosure!
NOT QUITE! — We really want to believe this was some off world craft piloted by extra terrestrials. However we have to prepare to accept the reality the Pentagon- or Naval Intelligence may be lying to us & their own people.
The videos were uncovered by the Pentagon’s AATIP program which was founded in 2007 to study advanced aerospace threats which could not be identified. In 2012 the program was shut down and it’s lead investigator Luis Elizondo went public. His partner in crime Chris Mellon got the videos released to the New York Times. In 2019 the Pentagon admitted the authenticity of the videos after nearly 50 years of silence on all things UFO/UAP.
BUT WHY!???
Why would the Pentagon 1. allow the release of these videos and 2. admit they are actual video’s of “UFOS”.
There is an old saying about the CIA, do you know how they are lying? Their lips are moving. Louis Elizondo may genuinely believe that these are actual UAPs, he has very likely saw even more verified compelling evidence. Chris Mellon also may believe this to be unknown, after all he had access & oversight to all the experimental defense technology. If something like the Tic Tac existed surly he would already know about it.
Both the men say we have nothing like this in our inventory, the denial is the key to all of this! Either knowgly or unknowingly, Elizondo & Chris Mellon may be being used to put out disinformation about a technology the Navy did not think the oversight committees had a “need to know” justification for. Not only did these decorated intelligence officials not know about it, neither did the fighter pilots that encountered them.
So what was the Tic Tac? How on earth could it out maneuvered an F18 super hornet and change direction so fast? How did it know the CAP point?
I AM NOT in anyway claiming that I know the answer, I am also not a scientist. Nor do I claim Chris Mellon or Elizondo are lying or misinformed. We owe them a debt of gratitude for getting this information out. Who knows maybe it was little gray men from Zeta Reticuli, or maybe it wasn’t.
I propose to you this theory. The Tic Tac was not off world in nature, instead it was an experimental project, and the Black Aces were part of a training exercise they did not know they were part of.
Perhaps the scientist & engineering readers can fact check me here, or perhaps provide more proof to this concept. What I propose might be going on is an application of electromagnetic distortion as a means of propulsion.
The concept is simple, the sea surface is made up of mostly water & sodium chloride. Magnesium & Sulfate are also found.
Here is where the science gets hairy for me again I am not a scientist or physicist. I just ask you have an open mind. What ever we are observing here is not normal. Perhaps the Navy & DARPA developed a technology that uses electrolysis & electromagnetic forcefields as a means of population by manipulating the sea surface.
The concept is as follows
The water’s surface is magnetized by rearranging the chemical composition of the water using electromagnetic wave instrumentation the drone is equipped with. In laymen's terms it creates a giant magnet effect on the surface of an area of sea & sea air surface. The Tic Tac which I will call an Electromagnetic Surface Vehicle (EMSV) or in the Tic Tac’s case a UEMSV has the ability to not only magnetize the water underneath it, but it also can distort the electro magnetic field, causing a “maglev” effect that we see used in magnet rail trains.
By increasing power to an electromagnetic distortion generator we can use electricity as a means of propulsion, the EMSV is essentially riding on magnetic waves generated from an electromagnetic forcefield it is creating bellow and around it. It then uses that to move & lift it’s self against the sea surface and sea surface vaper that is present above the ocean’s surface in the air. This means of propulsion would not be limited by thrust or the force pushed out the back of it, instead it’s speed and capability would be dependent on how strong you can magnetize the environment around it, or how much energy you can supply the forcefield.
This is like a ball travelling down a funnel. The ball will move into place as gravity pulls it down the funnel. The balls direction, velocity and speed is determined by the shape of the funnel in relation to the ball’s mass and position.
It is a similar concept except by manipulating gravity, we are manipulating artificial electromagnetic waves against the sea surface where we created an artificial electromagnetic field to baseline against. This also does not violate Newton’s 2nd law of force equals mass times acceleration.
We are just thinking about where the force is generated differently. The EMSV isn’t pushed or thrusted forward, you can think of it more like it being pulled forward and falling into a position in time/space. This does not violate our laws of physics or thermodynamics. The design could explain the rapid acceleration observed by Fravor, and the insane maneuverability.
The laws of airplane physics would not apply to a EMSV. The EMSV would rely on electromagnetic waves for lift, pitch roll etc. Eliminating the need for wings or a tail. This shape also increase aerodynamics and the radar cross section. However a Tic Tac isn’t the “ideal shape”, the ideal shape of one of these would be a gyroscopic sphere. This design could further improve it’s ability to traverse a magnetic plane. Essentially what you would have is a maglev train that can fly.

In sling shot configuration sometimes to regain stability in flight the EMSV will rotate until it can find an acceptable amount of water vapor to magnetize around it. This is the the crafts computer system adapting to the lack of electromagnetic resistance when it hits a patch of air that has less moisture.
Think of this funnel as the magnetized sea water combined with layers of electrometric distortion on top of the sea water. The only difference is the balls have instrumentation that can control the shape of the funnel thus controlling the direction & speed the balls travel in relation to the funnel.
And this idea is not new throughout history there have been claims on patents.
Consider This Scenario
The EMSV is deployed using a Modified Virginia Class submarine with a limited crew. Engineers from DARPA & Operators from the United States Department of Intelligence conduct an operation. It is deployed and “charged” from the nuclear powered submarine. It’s instrumentation is highly classified and regarded as a core national secret.
A CIA assessment of the research into artificial magnetic propulsion systems conducted in the year 2000 before the technology was applicable determined this technology in the hands of our adversaries would allow them to gain a 50 year air superiority advantage over the United States. The government had it’s justification for ultimate secrecy and classified all matters relating to electromagnetic propulsion technology “above top secret”.
Therefor the special access program would be unknown to the majority of the defense oversight boards & committees. The only people who know about the project, are the ones who are directly involved in it & the DIA’s budget director. It is also compartmentalized, so the engineers don’t know what the Naval Intelligence Officers know and vice versa.
On November 5th 2004 a Virginia Class Submarine equipped with an experimental unmanned UEMSV departs from the Naval Base Point Loma in San Diego, California. On board is a crew of 50. A small crew of 10 sailors who know how to operate the submarine, they were told they were going on a training mission but know nothing else. 24 Engineers from DARPA & a defense contractor who assisted in developing the EMSV board the submarine. 16 members of various intelligence agencies also board the submarine. Most of them are from the Defense Intelligence Agency working for the Department of Naval Intelligence. There are 2 CIA contractors also on board.
Several hundred miles away the Nimitz sails along on a training mission off the US coast, unbeknown to the fighter pilots on board they were in for the surprise of a life time.
The submarine navigates to an area to the North West of the Nimitz. They deploy the EMSV from a specialized compartment on the submarine also known as a drone hanger and it pops up to the surface like a giant floating white Tic Tac. The drone turns on and hums as it starts powering it’s electromagnetic forcefields. It slowly raises above the ocean’s surface and stabilizes itself. The submarine crew conducts several test flights in the area. Most of them are slightly above the water’s surface, but the EMSV can shoot it’s self very far into the air as if it were being shot out of a rail gun. The engineers re-dock the EMSV to collect data from it’s sensors. They measure it’s speed, velocity, electromagnetic strength many other factors to improve it in future development.
2 weeks of testing go by. Meanwhile the radar operators on the Nimitz are shocked by what they are seeing. They see an object in the air doing things that are impossible. They radio into the fleet command and report the strange activity. The Nimitz’s commanding officer gets a phone call... He is debriefed and told to dispatch Commander David Fravor to checkout the mysterious object on the radar.
The Black Ace’s are dispatched and unknowgly they are part of a training exercise with an EMSV. As Fravor returns to his CAP point unknown to him, the operators of the EMSV have his flight plan. They essentially race him to his CAP point to measure the speed of the EMSV v. his F18. The EMSV then disappears but is captured again by another fighter pilot who this time catches it on video.
The next day officials from the Department of Naval Intelligence board the Nimitz and take the radar tapes, the cockpit recordings, everything. The incident is not talked about again for several years. The commanding officers tells the pilots to not discuss the incident.
Fast forward to 2010 Luis Elizondo sits at his desk in the Pentagon. He is frustrated as the program he is in charge of is seen as a joke by his superiors and peers. Almost everyone at the Pentagon and intelligence community is stalling him for information necessary to do his investigations. At every turn his request for information is denied or delayed. He steps on a lot of toes, making very few friends and a lot of enemies.
Eventually he gets a major break through. He is contacted by the Department of Naval Intelligence about the incident that occurred on November 14th 2004 with Navy pilots dispatched from the Nimitz. Officials meet with him and share the video and radar tapes with him. They charge him with investigating what the object is if he thinks it may belong to a foreign adversary. He is given 5 other videos & cases with a similar pattern. The team sits around trying to figure out what in the heck they are seeing. Even their best guesses can’t be explained by science.
They pull information from other intelligence agencies hoping to find a lead but find nothing. This only leaves one possible explanation, the Tic Tac and the other videos are unexplained Arial Phenomena unkown to be part of the United States Inventory or any other foreign nation. The AATIP officials interview all the pilots and radar operators. They begin an investigation but are left with more questions than answers. The very people in charge of investigating the UAP’s are completely left in the dark by the Navy left chasing their tails as they search for an explanation.
Facing decreasing budgets, red tape, inter agency politics and the resignation of the Defense Secretary James Mattis, Elizondo finally had enough and resigns from his post. He files a declassification request to obtain some materials from the AATIP program, he stretches the rules a bit in the request not explaining his intention to disclose to the public.
To his surprise the request is granted. Chris Mellon meets with an unnamed official in the parking lot of the pentagon, just like in a classic spy movie he is handed a yellow envelope with a thumb drive which contained the videos. He makes copies right away and contacts a reporter at the New York Times. By December 2017 the videos are released to the public and it is strongly implied these are verified “UFOs” also declassified to the public is the existence of the AATIP program.
In 2019 the Pentagon confirms the authenticity of the videos. They explain them as UAP, Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. The Department of Naval Intelligence continues to experiment, develop and deploy EMSV technology. They do so without acknowledging the existence of such technology. Russia, China even European allies do not understand what it is, or where it comes from. Many in the UFO research community cite the Tic Tac video as the proof and confirmation they have been needing. The official U.S. government explanation is the technology is not theirs and remains unexplainable.
So I go back to the question of “why?” why declassify or acknowledge the videos? You have to wonder who this benefits the most?
Then again maybe it is ET? I don’t know. One way we may be able to tell if this is an unkown craft, or known craft will depend on what information the US Government discloses about the Nimitz Incident with the 180 day report (this was in the December 2020 COVID relief bill) requiring US intelligence agencies to disclose everything they know to congress & the public about UAPs.
If they say nothing more about the Nimitz incident, then we know for sure that the Tic Tac is in fact an experimental super drone with extraordinary abilities. The reason being it is technically not an unknown craft, somebody knows a thing or two about it and therefor won’t be required to disclose anything more about it.
What say you is the Tic Tac just another Unfunded Opportunity or is it the real deal?
